  Can I send 1000 simultaneous messages?

  Yes, our system can handle over and above that amount of messages per day at a time. The limit is quite high. Our system offers the same easy to use service whether you are a individual or bulk client.
     
  
  

  Do you provide status reports for the undelivered messages?

  We always provide you with status reports of all messages sent [delivered, pending or undelivered].
     
  
  

  How long does it take to deliver messages?

  Typically messages are delivered within 5 seconds, but usually even faster. The best is to test it for yourself.
     
  
  

  Is it possible to customise the "sender id"?

  Of course. You can always customize the sender id but bear in mind that you can not use some keyword as your sender ids because they will be blocked.
     
  
  

  Do you support non-English text? (The SMS will be written in your language)

  That depends on:
  How many credits you buy (bulk purchases are cheaper).
     
  
  

  Are there any other costs involved to send SMS?

  There are no setup fees or monthly fees or any other additional fees. We operate on a prepay basis. The credits that you buy will not expire until you use them, so if you buy them now and only use them 6 months down the line, that is no problem. They will always be on your account at your disposal. It does not cost anything extra to be able to customize the sender ID.
     
  
  

  How do I buy credits?

  This is very simple. You can either buy credit online or make payment to the bank.
     
  
  

  How do I register?

  Registering for an account is free and takes a few minutes. Just click on the register link on our website. Please note that all fields must be completed to register. Once you register an activation link will be sent to your mail to complete your registration. If you do not receive your activation link please email Support to request it. Please include your username, cell number and email address in the request.
     
  
  

  What is single messaging?

  You may need to send sms message to a single person at any one time. We call this 'Single Messaging'. To do this, after you have logged in, just click on 'Single SMS' sub-menu under 'Messaging' menu.
     
  
  

  What is Multiple messaging?

  At times you may need to send the same sms message to more than one persons but fewer than 10 at any one time. We call this 'Multiple Messaging'. To do this, after you have logged in, just click on 'Multiple SMS' sub-menu under 'Messaging' menu, and then specify the receivers numbers, separated by comma in the space provided.
     
  
  

  What is Bulk messaging?

  Bulk messaging requires you to prepare your sms receivers' phone numbers in a text file. Each number on the text file must be on a separate line. To do this, after you have logged in, just click on 'Bulk SMS' sub-menu under 'Messaging' menu and then browse for the text file (eg: notepad) containing the receivers' numbers.
     
  
  

  What is Personalized messaging?

  Personalized (also called dynamic) messaging provides you with the opportunity to send different messages to different receivers at the same time. Think of a situation where you need to send customized messages to individuals. For example in banking where each receiver gets sms about his/her account statement.
     
  
  

  What is Group List messaging??

  Often times, you find out that you send the same messages to the same set of receivers. And instead of always preparing a text file each time you need to send to these recipients, you can create an address book called 'Group/Contact List' to store the recipients' numbers, and you just send to the group each time you want to send to these recipients.
